“We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable cottage and it was a good deal roomier than we expected from photos of the frontage. Underfloor heating and a lovely big kitchen were a boon when it was a rainy day. A friendly owner whose welcome gift was much appreciated.”
“Absolutely brilliant cottage. We really felt like we were treated as guests rathet than just paying customers, and it was the thoughtfull little things like having fresh bars of good soap in each bathroom, a welcome basket of goodies and homely things that make a difference like potted plants around the house and egg cups in the kitchen (cottages in our experience never have egg cups!). It all made a huge difference on one day of the holiday when we wre utterly rained out. Would stay here again anytime!”
“Lovely, well equipped, clean cottage in a beautiful area. Parked safely on the green just opposite the cottage so that was fine. Nice welcome package left by the owners. So much to see in the area and good walks just on the doorstep. Really happy with everything.”

“Beautiful cottage, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Super comfortable beds, very friendly local pub with great food. Lovely circular walks from the doorstep. Great communication from Patrick and he even checked we were OK after a night of storm Arwen. Thoughtful gift left for our arrival was a welcome touch too. I decided I could actually live there! Only addition would be a curtain over the front door for privacy and draught Fantastic Indian (eat in or take out) in Ripon”
