The Cottage

STAYING AT THE COTTAGE
Take in your quaint surroundings before heading inside through the enclosed front patio, before stepping into the lovely sitting room, where an open fire sits before a contemporary selection of soft seating, with a Smart TV with a BT package to entertain.
Relax within this tranquil space with a rich colour scheme of blue, brown and natural wood, all complimented by the slate-style flooring, before heading into the kitchen/diner, where you can enjoy cooking for the rest of the party with a wealth of appliances to assist you.
While a bottle of wine is opened around the dining table, watch as the food simmers on the electric hob with an electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher among the rest of the appliances at your fingertips.
On warm days, head out onto your own private patio to sit in the last warmth of the evening, also finding an external utility room that can be used for storing bikes and has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.Completing the ground floor is the neat cloakroom with a basin and WC, and a delightful double bedroom providing an excellent sleeping spot.
Travel up the stairs to find a second bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as an armchair here for you to curl up in with a book for a quiet moment.Freshen up in the elegant bathroom with marble-effect tiles surrounding the bath with a shower over, enjoy a hot shower before grabbing your towel nicely warmed by the heated towel rail in here.
THE AREA
Take walks around the area heading down to the National Trust’s Brimham Rocks, with unique rock formations lying over 400-acres of moorland, as well as paying a visit to the Nidderdale Llamas and taking part in a walk with a new furry friend, with the incentive of returning to The Sawley Arms for a hearty pub dinner to end the day.
